Optional Fresh Air Intake Kit
The optional ADF external air kit allows you to connect this wood burning fireplace to exterior combustion air through the base of the unit.
Fireplaces burn fuel to generate heat and require a continual source of oxygen in order to start and sustain combustion. Wood-burning stoves typically obtain this oxygen from the room in which they are located. However, it’s not always practical, or suitable, for wood-burning stoves to draw the oxygen they need from the room in which they are situated.
Whilst not every fireplace requires an external air kit, they are recommended for homes that have insufficient ventilation such as a room that doesn’t have a non-closable vent.

Internally an automatic flue damper is designed to significantly reduce smoke ingress into the room during refuelling, by increasing the flue draft. While a high-density thermal lining helps insulate the firebox. In addition, a clean burn system introduces pre-heated combustion air to increase the heat output, and air flow technology to ensure that any solid particles and volatile gases produced by the fire are re-ignited and burnt off before they can re-enter the atmosphere. With an impressive 17.0kW of heat output, this fireplace will effortlessly warm up even the coldest of spaces, enveloping you in a comforting embrace.
To complete the look and elevate the aesthetic appeal of your firebox, you have the option to include a decorative frame [sold separately]. Available in a sleek black finish, frames are available with a 30mm or 60-mm return, adding a touch of personalisation and finesse to your space.
